What you should know

Every program is highly customized for each client and includes a customized home program so that you can support the work we do together in between sessions and after the program is finished, creating long-lasting results and helping to form healthy self-care habits

Each session lasts around 60-90 minutes

Typically, the initial session and the first half of the program requires more time.  Later, sessions may be shorter as the body continues to realign and the client continues to build on their home program in between sessions.  This is different for every person and session length often varies week to week.  Please plan to arrive on time and stay for up to 90 minutes.

Clients are asked to bring loose shorts and tank tops to change into for the postural/movement evaluation. Rest assured that you will be provided with privacy for changing clothing. Most of the treatment can take place while you are fully clothed. Your comfort and safety are of the utmost importance. Techniques will be explained before you receive treatment, and your participation and feedback will be used throughout the session to adjust treatment for your comfort, tolerance, and maximal benefit.
